POSITION REQUEST Position Classification: ServiceNow Administrator/Project Lead Date Response Required: January 29th, 2024 Duties, Scope of Work, and/or Milestones. Position will function as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow and Project lead for several ServiceNow projects. The main role will be to operationalize and administer our existing CMDB. This role will also coordinate and train technical resources, aiding in researching and resolving conflicts and other issues in the CMDB. The secondary project will be to finalizing the rollout of Resource Manager, including building complex reports and dashboards.
