Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to manage, maintain, configure, and optimize our ServiceNow platform daily. This position will be based in Malaysia(Kuala Lumpur area). You will work closely with our Overseas IT, HQ IT, HR, finance and various business teams, provide the best solutions and user experience for employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Ensure the stable operation of our ServiceNow instance, including upgrades, patches, and performance optimization.
- Configuration & Development: Configure and customize ServiceNow modules based on business needs, and develop related functionalities (e.g., workflows, scripts, reports).
- Support & Training: Provide technical support and training to internal users, and create relevant documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement platform enhancements to boost efficiency and user experience.
