functions and provide technical support for ServiceNow application modules and

custom applications

processes/structures to support project requirements for the ServiceNow platform

• Guide team members on a variety of ServiceNow projects, including determination

of time frames for assigned tasks, completing assigned tasks, assisting in unit and

system testing and post-implementation support of the system
