Servicenow Architect

We need Service Now Architect in India and below is the high-level scope of work:

Description of the activities the Senior Architect will perform includes:

• Lead the strategic planning and roadmap development for the ServiceNow platform.

• Act as the primary architectural advisor to Client Tower lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Partner with Akkodis, ServiceNow, and other vendors to drive platform enhancements and project delivery.

• Provide architectural oversight and governance across ServiceNow implementations.

• Ensure best practices in platform design, scalability, and performance.

• Support implementation and consulting efforts as needed.

• Deliver SOP and runbook document to run and manage the platform

• Working with the necessary teams to vault the use cases discovered from the Admin Access

reset and lockdown project.
