Requirements

Must have:

- Primary skills on TSOM implementation - Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and at least 2 other modules (TSOM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps) - Proven expertise in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Servers, etc.) - Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer) and ServiceNow data model - Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and best practices - Experience designing and implementing CMDB and Discovery - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in multiple modules - Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward certification - Preferred: Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies - Preferred: Exposure to cloud technologies ...
