ServiceNow Architect - FTR - Burnaby
Location: Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. Pay Scale: CAD $108,964 annually.
Purpose of Position
The ServiceNow Architect is an expert in ServiceNow design and development principles that enables them to work with external development partners and key stakeholders to develop solutions that embrace ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices. The architect will be responsible for design, delivery and evolution of the ServiceNow platform by defining platform governance, architecture & evolution maturity roadmaps, and will drive innovation in the field of analytics, business intelligence & self‑service.
Accountabilities
- Define policy & standards – Architecture principles, Integration standards, Platform upgrade strategy, performance tuning etc. for ServiceNow projects.
- Create and maintain API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other applications.
