Location: Hyderabad, Work from Office
Own enterprise platform architecture, data model integrity, CMDB fidelity, integration strategy, and governance for multi-module, multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
What You Will Own
Enterprise platform architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC
CMDB design authority : data model, reconciliation, discovery, service mapping accuracy
Integration architecture (IAM, ERP, HRMS, monitoring, cloud, DevOps toolchain)
Domain separation , instance strategy, upgrade strategy, and technical governance
Eliminate over-customization; enforce OOTB-first architecture
