Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture & design for complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple business domains.
- Define and enforce platform governance, standards, and best practices to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Design and implement complex integrations with third-party systems, ensuring compliance with security standards.
