Job Description


- Thorough ServiceNow Platform Knowledge


- Deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow Infrastructure, various products modules like ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, HRSD, ITBM etc.


- Awareness around ServiceNow licensing Model


- Building or architecting ServiceNow out of the box module solutions, custom applications or solutions


- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Navigation, Instance Management, Domain Separation, Upgrades, Patching C loning and Security.


- Functional knowledge in ITIL, other ITSM Tools (Service Management, Cloud Infrastructure monitoring, Application Monitoring, Event Management, Reporting etc.). Integration of these tools with ServiceNow Job Description


- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, Industry Group, Service line and vendors so that you understand the customer business goals, challenges and market opportunities and enable customer experience through internal and partner channels


- Ability to build offerings and ascertain a GTM # Drive technical and functional discussions with customer stakeholders or internal stakeholders to propagate innovate solutions and convert them in favor of LTIMindtree


- Lead the resolution o f critical technical issues, providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues, often spanning multiple product lines


- Development of required client specific reporting # Prepare client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related


- Lead requirement gathering workshops to identify use cases and value-based acceptance criteria.


- Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology based on client experiences


- Develop Tools and Solution Playbooks


- Handle customer issues that are unable to be solved by delivery team


- Hands-on delivery experience ServiceNow modules and in-depth knowledge of minimum one of these product(s)


- Write clear, unambiguous, and concise statements of work and proposals which capture the customer business value objectives


- Manage all elements of sales forecasting # Drive all phases of the services sales cycle and successfully orchestrate customer as well as internal stakeholders subject matter.
