Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thorough ServiceNow Platform Knowledge
  • Deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow Infrastructure, various products modules like ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, HRSD, ITBM etc.
  • Awareness around ServiceNow licensing Model
  • Building or architecting ServiceNow out of the box module solutions, custom applications or solutions
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Navigation, Instance Management, Domain Separation, Upgrades, Patching C loning and Security.
  • Functional knowledge in ITIL, other ITSM Tools (Service Management, Cloud Infrastructure monitoring, Application Monitoring, Event Management, Reporting etc.). Integration of these tools with ServiceNow Job Description
