Role: ServiceNow Lead /Architect – Techno Functional

Type: 100% REMOTE

Anywhere from Mexico is ok

Should understand Architecture, Database and design and develop new requirement.

Experience: 8–12 years in ServiceNow, with at least 5 years in a techno-functional or architectural role.

  • ServiceNow modules: CSM, FSM (techno‑functional roles) and ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps, HRSD, ITAM.
  • Integration technologies: REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs, ETL methods.
  • Lead end-to-end functional and technical design for ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CSM, FSM, CMDB, ITOM, SecOps, HRSD, and ITAM.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops and translate business requirements into solution blueprints, user stories, acceptance criteria, Visio/architecture diagrams, and functional specs.
