Job Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow CSM Business Anaylst with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow CSM and Portfolio & Project Management. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to drive business solutions. The position operates during the day shift with no travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for ServiceNow CSM and PPM solutions.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow CSM functionalities to optimize customer service management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technical solutions.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and manage project timelines to ensure successful delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder input and drive consensus on project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in business analysis and project management.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to support business analysis and project management activities.
  • Support the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of business analysis processes.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to encourage creative problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow CSM and Portfolio & Project Management.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work model.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results.
