Deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow Infrastructure, various products modules like ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, HRSD, ITBM etc.

Awareness around ServiceNow licensing Model

Building or architecting ServiceNow out of the box module solutions, custom applications or solutions

Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Navigation, Instance Management, Domain Separation, Upgrades, Patching C loning and Security.
