Job Title: ServiceNow SME / Architect
Location: Singapore
Experience: 7–10 Years
Role
Looking for a strong ServiceNow expert who can design, implement, and manage ServiceNow across ITSM and other modules in a large organization.
Key Skills Required
Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB (CSDM aligned)
Experience with ITOM Discovery
Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Workflows, Flow Designer
Experience in Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Dashboards, Reports
Handle ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and update sets
Experience in integrations using REST/SOAP
Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Understanding of network basics (servers, firewalls, subnets)
Experience in large/multi-country implementations
Other Modules (Good to know)
ITOM, ITAM, CSM, SPM (ITBM), SecOps, GRC, HRSD
Certifications (Must Have)
Minimum 2 ServiceNow CIS certifications (ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/CSM/SecOps/GRC/HRSD etc.)
