ServiceNow Architect (Senior)

  • Must have:
    • 10+ years’ experience in ServiceNow architecture design, development, and implementation.
    • Hands on experience in ITOM / Telecom Service Management, Order Management & Integrations
    • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), CSA, CIS certifications
  • Strong understanding of TMForum principles on solution architecture
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow technology architecture guidelines for infrastructure and application development.
  • Very good communication and co‑ordination skills
  • Partner with application & technology teams to design scalable solutions.
  • Liaison between application stakeholders and technology team
  • Able to work and communicate different solutions to the business clients
