Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and manage ServiceNow Asset Management modules (excluding ITSM).
• Perform asset reconciliation , ensuring accuracy across systems and data sources.
• Support budgeting, cost allocation, and financial mapping related to assets.
• Develop and maintain third-party integrations with ServiceNow, including custom development work.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and technology teams to align asset data and reporting.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and governance across asset management processes.
• Troubleshoot integration and data issues and provide ongoing optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Asset Management (non-ITSM).
• Proven experience in reconciliation, budgeting, and financial mapping .
• Experience with third-party system integrations into ServiceNow.
• Development experience using ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), APIs, REST/SOAP , or similar integration technologies.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and financial controls.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating ERP, finance, or procurement systems with ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow certifications related to Asset Management or Platform Development.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environment
