**About the role**



As a **Business Process Consultant – ServiceNow** , you will make an impact by guiding clients through the transformation of their business processes using the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform. You will be a valued member of our **ServiceNow Practice** and collaborate with process owners, senior stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure business alignment and successful platform adoption.



**In this role, you will:**



+ Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to map current‑state processes, identify pain points, and define future‑state requirements across modules such as ITSM, HRSD, or CSM.

+ Document clear, structured business requirements, use cases, and process flows, enabling strong alignment between business and delivery teams.
