What you will do


Design, develop, and maintain data integration pipelines that extract, transform, and load data from ServiceNow CMDB and related modules into enterprise data platforms. This includes ensuring data quality, modeling CMDB entities, and enabling scalable, reliable, and governed data flows for reporting, analytics, and IT operations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • in Computer science or related courses

  • Understanding IT governance frameworks (, ITIL 4) is crucial for ensuring that all citizen-built applications are secure, compliant, and well-integrated into the existing enterprise systems.

  • Technical Skills

  • Own and manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of CMDB, including class structures, relationships, and reconciliation on the ServiceNow platform.

  • Implement and maintain CMDB governance policies, processes, and data quality standards.
