Role Summary
We are seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Consultant & Developer with strong workflow design, scripting, and ITOM skills to assess, design, and enhance the ServiceNow platform. The role has a mandatory focus on designing and implementing onboarding and offboarding (Joiner–Mover–Leaver) workflows using ServiceNow best practices.

Must-Have Responsibilities

. Design, build, and optimize onboarding and offboarding workflows (Joiner–Mover–Leaver).
. Implement lifecycle-driven automation using Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Request Fulfillment.
