TCS is Hiring For Service Now HRSD Business Analyst/ Service Now HRSD Functional Consultant
Experience : 8-12 years
Location : Bangalore
NP : Immediate to 60 days
Technical Comptency
- Experience in development and customizaton of the Service Now HR Service Delivery (Employee Service Management) applications, including:
- HR Case Management
- HR Knowledge Management
- Employee Service Center (Portal)
- Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events)
- Employee Document Management
- Performance Analytics for HR
- Integration experience with HRSM/HRIS system (Workday, SAP Success Factors)
- Integration experience with directories, such as Active Directory using methods such as LDAPs
- Web Services, JDBC, SFTP integration experience
- Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing
- Experience with developing Service Now software solutions using Java Script, Jelly, one or more Web Services, XML, HTML and CSS
- Must be Service Now Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation specialist in HRSD
- Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology
- Basic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards and HRSD processes
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
