Role Overview:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Consultant with strong functional expertise in the CSM module, along with solid knowledge of ServiceNow scripting concepts, integrations, and data architecture. Experience working in a Domain Separation environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirement gathering and solution design for ServiceNow CSM implementations
  • Act as SME for Domain Separation, CSM processes, and data model design
