Work Schedule: 2 hours per day (7 pm to 9 pm IST)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant (4–7 years of experience) to provide 2 hours of daily support across integrations, ITSM/ITOM modules, and platform maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will be highly hands-on with CMDB, MID Server, and integrations, and capable of managing post-clone and system configuration tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily ServiceNow support (2 hours/day) for troubleshooting, enhancements, and configuration updates

• Manage and maintain CMDB health , discovery mapping, and MID Server configuration
