ServiceNow CPQ – Business Analyst (BA)


Location:  Remote


Employment Type: Contract (Duration 6 months, 3+3 months of extention)


Key Responsibilities:



  • Work closely with clients to understand business needs, challenges, and expectations related to ServiceNow CPQ / CRM.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in the form of user stories, BRDs, or functional documents.

  • Suggest appropriate solutions, workflows, and best practices aligned with CPQ and CRM processes.

  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Conduct and facilitate scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Manage and support Agile/Scrum processes, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.

  • Track progress, dependencies, and risks, and escalate when required.


Required Skills:



  • Proven expertise in CRM systems with a strong focus on ServiceNow CPQ.

  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum framework.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to tackle problems systematically to diagnose issues and produce effective recommendations.

  • Adept at business process reengineering and creating detailed business analysis documentation.


Secondary Skills:



  • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, capable of navigating complex discussions effortlessly.

3-7 years

This position is remote-based allowing flexibility in work arrangements from any location while maintaining productivity and team collaboration.
