Must-Have Competencies
- 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow development/administration, with at least 1–2 years focused on CPQ or Product Model.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Product Catalog, Order Management, and CSM.
- Hands-on experience with LogicIO.
- Knowledge of Boolean logic, constraint-based modeling, rule authoring, and configuration algorithms.
