Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CSM Developer with strong functional expertise in the Customer Service Management (CSM) module. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and data architecture, along with hands-on experience in a Domain Separation environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design for ServiceNow CSM implementations
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Domain Separation, CSM processes, and data model design
Develop, customize, and enhance CSM applications and workflows
Guide development teams on scripting standards and system integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub)
Define, review, and optimize table relationships, data mapping, and Transform Maps
Support UAT, stakeholder discussions, and post-go-live enhancements
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, governance, and security standards
