Job Description:

• Minimum 5 years working with ServiceNow platform as a Developer in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment.

• At least 5-8 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience.

• Experience in Configuration of Service Portal and custom widgets along with required workflows and processes

• Experience in Implementing designer-provided user interfaces.

• Worked on setting up Service portal content so that it's only available to authenticated users

• Experience with Service Portal to determine the users logging in to the portal and customization with a combination of system properties and script include

• Experience in creating, monitoring, modifying, and publishing service catalog workflows with approvals

• Experience in matching the UI from designs on various pages of a portal

• Designing, configuring and customizing new applications and modules. Assisting in troubleshooting patch / release management issues

• Configured Used Access Control Rules for securing and providing the right access to right person/role

• Develop custom Mobile Applets along with features like barecode scans, language translation for mobile, etc.
