We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer, based in Perth, with extensive experience across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and HRSD modules
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands‑on experience in developing, maintaining, and administering ServiceNow instances.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, and scoped applications.
- Experience in integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub; knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory.
- Skilled in configuration management, CSDM, upgrades, plugin updates, dashboards, and portal/UI enhancements.
- Strong troubleshooting, support, and stakeholder collaboration skills; experience in Agile teams.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices and experience in a Managed Services environment.
