Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions
  • Configure and customize IRM modules including:
  • Policy & Compliance Management
  • Operational Risk (OpRes)
  • Risk Statements, Controls, Indicators, Issues, and Assessments
  • Develop and maintain:
  • Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes
  • UI Policies, UI Actions
  • Flow Designer workflows
  • Customize workflows for risk assessments, control testing, and issue management
  • Support IRM data models, risk registers, control libraries, and...
