Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Development and configuration: Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules (like CSM, FSO), workflows, and catalog items. This includes setting up forms, fields, client scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
  • Integration: Build and maintain integrations with other systems and third-party applications using tools like REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
  • Customization: Write and maintain custom code using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to meet specific business needs.
  • Data management: Manage data imports, exports, and transformations, and ensure data integrity.
  • Troubleshooting and support: Provide technical support to users, identify and resolve software flaws, and conduct regression testing.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
  • ServiceNow Development experience (years based on job level)
  • Plus, additional ServiceNow knowledge/micro-cert of at least one:
  • Customer Service Management (CSM), Playbooks, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Now Assist / AI, Platform Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, Service Portal, Catalog Items, Automated Test Framework (ATF)
