Strong expertise in ITSM Workflows
Flow Designer
Integrations
Service Portal
Hands-on experience with Core ITSM modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management)
Proven experience with ServiceNow Service Portal, Integrations including building and customizing workflows
Shift: General Shift 12 PM to 9 PM
Qualifications
Relevant educational background in Computer Science or related field
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
Expertise in ITSM processes
Preferred Skills
