ServiceNow Developer

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer with experience in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and platform development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications, integrating with third-party systems, and implementing automation solutions. This role demands deep expertise in ServiceNow modules such as GRC, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Portal.

Responsibilities -
Design and develop custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform, especially within IRM/GRC.
Implement and configure Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management modules.
Develop and maintain CMDB, including CI classification, reconciliation rules, and health monitoring.
Create and manage Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Workflows.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
Automate IT processes using Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications.
Customize and enhance Service Portal and HR modules as per business needs.
Perform data imports, transform maps, and update set migrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure platform security through ACLs, roles, and access controls.
Provide technical documentation and support for deployed solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in ServiceNow development.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC, ITSM, CMDB, and Service Portal.
Proficient in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Hands-on experience with automation tools like Flow Designer and Scheduled Jobs.
Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in Agile teams.
Preferred Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Micro-Certifications in Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, or relevant modules
