<div>Description:</div> <div> <div>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer with experience in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and platform development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications, integrating with third-party systems, and implementing automation solutions. This role demands deep expertise in ServiceNow modules such as GRC, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Portal.<br /> <br /> Responsibilities -<br /> Design and develop custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform, especially within IRM/GRC.<br /> Implement and configure Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management modules.<br /> Develop and maintain CMDB, including CI classification, reconciliation rules, and health monitoring.<br /> Create and manage Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Workflows.<br /> Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.<br /> Automate IT processes using Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications.<br /> Customize and enhance Service Portal and HR modules as per business needs.<br /> Perform data imports, transform maps, and update set migrations.<br /> Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.<br /> Ensure platform security through ACLs, roles, and access controls.<br /> Provide technical documentation and support for deployed solutions.<br /> <br /> Required Skills & Qualifications:<br /> Minimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in ServiceNow development.<br /> Strong expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC, ITSM, CMDB, and Service Portal.<br /> Proficient in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow scripting.<br /> Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.<br /> Hands-on experience with automation tools like Flow Designer and Scheduled Jobs.<br /> Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes.<br /> Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.<br /> Ability to work independently and in Agile teams.<br /> Preferred Certifications:<br /> ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)<br /> Micro-Certifications in Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, or relevant modules</div> </div>
