Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design and develop custom applications and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
Customize ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, and other modules as required.
Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and data policies.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree holder
At least 5 years of relevant working experience or working in a similar role.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
Has track record designing and implementing ITSM solutions, including understanding of ITIL
processes.
Proven ITSM certification is a plus (ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow related, CompTIA A++)
