Role : ServiceNow Developer / Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Finance, and GRC. Configure workflows, business rules, integrations, and UI components using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Build and maintain integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP). Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to security and governance standards. Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and consulting experience. Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Finance, and GRC modules. Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and ServiceNow integrations. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist. Strong communication, problem-solving, and Agile/Scrum experience. Preferred:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer. Experience with App Engine Studio, custom apps, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of ITIL/COBIT frameworks.
