Role : ServiceNow Developer / Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Finance, and GRC.
• Configure workflows, business rules, integrations, and UI components using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to security and governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Finance, and GRC modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and ServiceNow integrations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and Agile/Scrum experience.

Preferred:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• Experience with App Engine Studio, custom apps, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of ITIL/COBIT frameworks.
