Job Description

**Must have Skills**:
- You have exposure to the following ServiceNow modules: Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Resource, Asset Management, Service Levels (SLA) and Content Management.
- You have experience with Service Catalog and Service Portals, as well as building out API integrations and case exchange.
- You have experience using ITIL best practices in ServiceNow with a focus on ITSM solutions. You have previous experience and knowledge of working within an Agile environment.
