ServiceNow Developer (CMDB)

Role : ServiceNow Developer (CMDB)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with coding standards, providing constructive feedback to team members.
• Create and manage ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and user interface policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to maintain operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, recommending improvements.
• Participate in the development of technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
• Assist in the administration of the ServiceNow platform, monitoring performance, and making necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including Enterprise Service Management (ESM) best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• ServiceNow Certified Developer or similar certification is a plus.
