This role emphasizes enhancing user experience and ensuring data integrity through well-structured, dynamic forms that align with business processes.



Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

  • Minimum of 10 years experience required

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow form design and configuration.

  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management)

  • Experience in AI & Gen AI - Products & Tools

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and UI scripting within ServiceNow.
