Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations (minimum one end-to-end implementation). Hands-on development experience with ITSM and SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules. Experience with Employee Self-Service / Employee Center portals, including chat and mobile capabilities. Strong expertise in workflow design, scripting, and process automation. Experience working with CMDB and Application Portfolio Management (APM). Proven experience implementing Configuration Management and Application Portfolio Management. Development of basic and advanced ServiceNow widgets.
