Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Development
Design and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and UI components.
Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Access Controls (ACL).
Create custom applications and enhance existing ServiceNow functionality.
Process Design & Configuration
Configure and support modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, Discovery.
Build and maintain catalog items, workflows, and flows using Flow Designer / Workflow Editor.
Work with CMDB to ensure data consistency and relationship mapping.
Integration
Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and other technologies.
