Required Technical Skill Set

Primary - ServiceNow ITSM Development and Integration, CMDB (Good to have ITOM, SPM, Virtual Agent)

Secondary - JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular JS


Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

  • Expert level proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM Development and Integration
  • Must have knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and Knowledge management
  • Has knowledge on JavaScript, CSS and HTML
  • Has at least 3 years of hands-on experience on ServiceNow ITSM Development and integration
  • Agile Practitioner and understands agile concepts and ways of working
  • Strong verbal and written communications skill
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills in real life scenario


Good-to-Have

  • Hands-on experience in ITOM Discovery
  • Basic concepts of SPM
  • Hands on experience on Virtual Agent Design
  • Basic Knowledge on Now Assist
