Required Technical Skill Set
Primary - ServiceNow ITSM Development and Integration, CMDB (Good to have ITOM, SPM, Virtual Agent)
Secondary - JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular JS
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
Expert level proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM Development and Integration
Must have knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and Knowledge management
Has knowledge on JavaScript, CSS and HTML
Has at least 3 years of hands-on experience on ServiceNow ITSM Development and integration
Agile Practitioner and understands agile concepts and ways of working
Strong verbal and written communications skill
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills in real life scenario
Good-to-Have
Hands-on experience in ITOM Discovery
Basic concepts of SPM
Hands on experience on Virtual Agent Design
Basic Knowledge on Now Assist
