Work Setup: Hybrid (1-2x on-site/week) | Makati

Required Qualifications:
> Bachelor's Degree
> At least 4 years of hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform as a technical consultant/architect in a consulting environment.
> Implementation, development, customization, and integration experience on ServiceNow
> Proven expertise in implementing and supporting ServiceNow modules: ITxM (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM), CSM, HRSD, IRM, SecOps, and/or SPM.
> Minimum of 3 full cycle implementations of ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), Asset, CMDB, ITOM
> Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Ajax, etc.)
> Service Now Integration to various solutions (SaaS, External Apps) using REST, SOAP, ServiceNow IntegrationHub, JSON, and/or ServiceNow Scripting.
> Exposure in Agile, ITSM Framework, and ITIL
