Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, developer or in a similar role.
  • Experience in ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules is a plus.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, SPM, and CMDB.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Desirable:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Developer
  • Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices
