Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Now Administrator, developer or in a similar role.
- Experience in Service Now SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules is a plus.
- Proficiency in Java Script, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Experience with Service Now modules such as ITSM, SPM, and CMDB.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Desirable:
- Service Now Certified System Administrator or Developer
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and other Service Now modules is a plus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices
