Job Summary:
ServiceNow Developer will provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support by using good practice and web programming techniques to configure robust solutions to the client utilizing the ServiceNow platform.
As a ServiceNow Developer the resource will have both technical and creative design input to develop, configure and maintain this application. This is the perfect opportunity for you if you are interested in developing your skillset and growing quickly on the ServiceNow platform.
Key responsibilities:
Designs, develops, and maintains simple ServiceNow workflows to automate/digitize manual processes.Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platformUse of scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality where required.Act as a support contact for the businessWorking within an Agile framework to deliver high quality development to our user baseContribute to the global ServiceNow strategyDevelops clear and concise technical and process documentation, making use of the knowledgebase module within ServiceNow.Create and maintain reports and dashboards as required.Assists the product team and business owners in finding creative ways to solve business problems and make them more effective.Works with the product team to refine end-user stories before development begins.Answers technical and configuration questions.Coordinates and solves complex technical data and transformation issues.Customizes ServiceNow configurations, including custom scripts, workflows, and orchestration activities.Qualifications

B. Tech in Computer ScienceExposure to capabilities in the latest ServiceNow platformKnowledge on Integration Hub, Flow Designer, UI Framework and UI Builder is a plus.4 to 6 years of working experience with the ServiceNow platform in an Admin/Developer and enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment creating automated workflows, service catalogue and service portal items, REST and SOAP integrations, scoped applications and widgets, client scripts, server scripts, and UI policies.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Services, or related field preferred.ServiceNow System Administration certification and/or ServiceNow Application Development certification required.Solid Understanding of ServiceNow data architecture4 to 6 years of experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.Experience with Integrations of 3rd party tools using (web services, REST, email, MID, etc).Additional Information
