ServiceNow Developer

Our partners are building centres of excellence in Hyderabad, Bagaluru and Kolkata. These centres will focus on development work for the majority of cloud tech stacks.

Majority of projects that our teams will be working on are within the financial services, healthcare and lifesciences sectors.

We’re looking for skilled ServiceNow Developers to build, customize, and optimize high-impact ServiceNow solutions.

Essential:

• Configuration and custom development across core modules (e.g. ITSM), with strong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model, tables, and CMDB concepts
• Solid JavaScript skills HTML,CSS, Web Services
• Lead or support the implementation and administration of the ServiceNow platform. Manage system configurations.
• Strong JavaScript capability (client-side and server-side), including development using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows and Flow Designer
• Integration experience, building and supporting REST/SOAP APIs and connecting ServiceNow with external systems
• Organise and prioritise development effort. Deliver end-to-end methodologies within ServiceNow.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders in a client-facing, Agile/Scrum environment
• Involvement in the full delivery lifecycle, including testing, UAT, defect resolution, releases, and deployments
• Ability to collaborate with and mentor junior developers, while maintaining strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

• AngularJS or any other scripting language
• Exposure to Active Directory configuration/administration, Azure Web Services
• Professional and Educational Background
• Graduate/Bachelor's, BE/BTech, MCA
