• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and deliver scalable, efficient solutions aligned with architecture standards.
• Develop custom applications, scripts, business rules, UI components, and workflows.
• Perform testing, ensure quality, and support deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
• Implement process automation and optimization.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide user training and support.
• Follow customer coding standards and ServiceNow best practices.
