Job Description:
ServiceNow Development: Strong development skills for ServiceNow applications, modules, and customizations.
- Service Portal: Hands-on experience on ServiceNow portal development and customisations along with Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design comprehensive portal, ensuring full coverage of ServiceNow features and functionalities.
- Integrations: Hands-on experience on complex third party integrations (both web services and plugin based) with ServiceNow platform
- CMDB and Asset Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of CMDB and Asset concepts
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously enhance and optimize ServiceNow platform with best practices to improve efficiency, coverage, and effectiveness of processes.
