Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management

  • Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items

  • Develop and maintain Service Portal components

  • Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

  • Perform scripting using JavaScript, Glide API

  • Manage update sets, deployments, and version upgrades

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide root cause analysis

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
